Cancellation Policy

It is extremely important to communicate with your nail technician regarding appointment issues or errors. To protect the security of Snobbynailsky, there is a cancellation policy in place. Please be aware that you must give at least a 24 hour notice to cancel an upcoming appointment. Failure to do so will result in your card on file being charged for the full balance of your missed service. If your card is unable to be charged, you will be ineligible for booking future appointments until balance owed is paid in full. By scheduling your appointment, you agree to this term. Cancellations for Same day and next day appointments will be charged under this same term.
